We offer shipping to addresses within India. We do not currently offer international shipping. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and size of the items in your order, as well as the delivery location. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on select products or orders over a certain amount. Please check the specific product details or promotional offers for eligibility.


3. Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order details. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.


4. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery typically takes between 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.
  • Express Delivery: If available, express delivery can take 2 to 3 business days for an additional fee.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may take longer, and we will notify you if there is any delay.

Please note that the delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website.


6. Delivery Issues

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to P.O. Box addresses. Additionally, certain products may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or other factors. If any items in your order are restricted, we will notify you and work with you to find an alternative solution.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@trycart.in. We may require photos of the damaged product for investigation and to process a replacement or refund.


9. Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused by the customer, it may be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy once the item is returned in its original condition.


10. Shipping Insurance
