Refund and Cancellation Policy

At TryCart, operated by PEAKRISE ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or request a refund for your order. This policy outlines the conditions and processes for order cancellations, refunds, and related procedures.


1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting customer support at info@trycart.in or 9991189835.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

Cancellation Process:

  1. If the order is eligible for cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
  2. Upon successful cancellation, a full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be processed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are eligible under the following circumstances:

  • Product Defect: If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are eligible for a refund.
  • Incorrect Item: If the wrong item was shipped, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
  • Non-Delivery: If the product does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, and no resolution is provided by the seller.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products that do not meet the return policy (e.g., worn, used, or altered items).
  • Sale or promotional items marked as non-refundable.
  • Products where the customer changed their mind after shipping.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact TryCart customer support within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide the following:
    • Order number
    • Product details (with photographs, if applicable)
    • Reason for the refund request
  2. Customer support will verify the request and initiate the refund process once eligibility is confirmed.

4. Refund Process

  • Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the return has been received and verified.
  • Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.). For cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet.
  • Partial Refunds: If only part of the order is returned or canceled, a partial refund will be issued accordingly.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, including:

  • Personalized or customized items (unless defective)
  • Products with signs of wear or damage (not caused by shipping)
  • Innerwear, swimwear, and cosmetics (due to hygiene reasons)

6. Refund for Gift Purchases

If the product was purchased as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser. The recipient may exchange the product in accordance with the return policy.


7. Order Disputes

In case of a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, TryCart’s customer support team will make a final decision based on our policies, and we will notify you accordingly.


8. Data Retention

We retain your data related to refunds and cancellations for a period of 30 days from the completion of the transaction. After 30 days, the data will be securely deleted from our systems to protect your privacy.


9. Policy Updates

We may revise this Refund and Cancellation Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
