At TryCart, operated by PEAKRISE ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Our Returns and Warranty Policy is designed to outline the process for returning items, handling warranty claims, and ensuring the quality of products purchased through our platform.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Products purchased from a third-party seller are subject to the seller’s specific return policies.
Non-returnable items include:
- Innerwear, swimwear, and cosmetics (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items (unless stated otherwise)
- Custom or personalized items
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact customer support at info@trycart.in or 9991189835 within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- We will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to the seller or our warehouse, as directed.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- For items returned due to defects or errors on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged goods), the return shipping will be covered by TryCart.
- For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless specified otherwise in the product listing or during a promotional period.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item is inspected and approved. This usually takes 3-5 business days.
- Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during the purchase. If payment was made via cash on delivery (COD), the refund will be processed through a bank transfer or wallet.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or an error occurred during processing.
5. Warranty Claims
- Products sold on TryCart are subject to manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty details will be provided by the seller.
- In the case of a defective product, customers should contact customer support within the warranty period to initiate a claim.
- Warranty claims may require the return of the faulty product for inspection, after which a replacement or repair may be provided.
6. Exchanges
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement.
7. Refund and Warranty Policy Exceptions
- Damage caused by improper use (e.g., incorrect washing instructions, excessive wear, etc.) will not be covered under warranty.
- Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., worn, washed, or missing original packaging) will not be accepted for return.
8. Policy Updates
We may revise this Returns and Warranty Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page and reflected with a new effective date.
