Seller Registration Policy
Effective Date: 1 April 2025

This Seller Registration Policy outlines the terms, process, and requirements for registering as a seller on TryCart, the fashion marketplace managed by PEAKRISE ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED. All prospective sellers must comply with this policy to be eligible to sell on the platform.


1. Who Can Register

Any individual, sole proprietorship, partnership firm, LLP, or private/public limited company engaged in the sale of fashion products (apparel, footwear, accessories, beauty, etc.) and legally registered in India may apply to become a seller on TryCart.


2. Registration Process

a) Application Submission

Sellers must fill out the online registration form available at [TryCart Seller Portal] (URL placeholder) and submit the required documents as listed in the Seller Documentation Policy.

b) Verification

Submitted information and documents undergo a strict verification process within 2–4 business days. This includes:

  • Document authentication
  • Background check of the business entity
  • Validation of bank and tax details

c) Account Activation

Upon successful verification, the seller account is activated and login credentials for the Seller Dashboard are shared. Sellers can begin uploading products and managing their storefront.


3. Mandatory Criteria for Approval

To ensure marketplace quality and safety, all applicants must:

  • Submit valid PAN, GST, and bank account information
  • Ensure product listings meet fashion category guidelines
  • Comply with platform content, quality, and ethical standards

4. Prohibited Seller Activities

TryCart reserves the right to reject or revoke seller registration if:

  • False or misleading information is provided
  • The seller attempts to list non-fashion or banned items
  • There is prior evidence of fraudulent or unethical business practices

5. Inactive or Dormant Accounts

Seller accounts with no activity (listings or sales) for a continuous period of 90 days may be marked as inactive. Reactivation requires updated documentation and may be subject to fresh verification.


6. Seller Responsibilities Post-Registration

Once registered, sellers are responsible for:

  • Keeping business and contact information up to date
  • Maintaining stock levels and order fulfillment efficiency
  • Adhering to all other marketplace policies (returns, payments, support, etc.)

7. Account Suspension or Termination

TryCart may suspend or terminate seller accounts under the following conditions:

  • Repeated policy violations or customer complaints
  • Non-cooperation during compliance checks
  • Legal notice or directive from government authorities

8. Policy Updates

TryCart reserves the right to revise this Seller Registration Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered sellers via email and/or platform notifications.
