User Agreement

Welcome to TryCart, a fashion-only e-commerce platform operated by PEAKRISE ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED. This User Agreement outlines the terms and conditions that govern your access and use of our platform, including but not limited to website browsing, account registration, shopping, and any interaction with our services.

By accessing or using TryCart (www.trycart.in), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

TryCart and its management are not liable for:

10. Amendments to this Agreement

We reserve the right to update this agreement from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or notifications on the platform. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rohtak, Haryana.
